If you want to delete it, open your profile folder (X:/Documents and Settings//Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/xxxxxxxx.default), the &quot;prefs.js&quot; file contains all the settings in about:config. Just delete a line from here and its gone for good!

Stop perpetuating these things as &quot;helpful&quot;. As a large-scale server admin, I hate you on behalf of my servers. Keep-alive works fine, you *don&#039;t* need 8 simultaneous connections. The cost of negotiating that connection can be much higher and take more time than waiting for the extra 700 byte CSS file to come down properly over the keep-alive channel.
